use our own free range pork meat in an Island based processing plant. This meets
the most demanding hygiene standards yet faithfully follows traditional techniques
to produce the very best in bacon.
Dry curing with salt and sugar is followed by carefully timed resting to ensure our products reach you with enhanced flavour and firmness.
