Enjoy the taste of a succulent hog roast at your next event and let the mouthwatering aromas leave a lasting impression on your guests. Isle of Wight Bacon provide our own free range pork which is deliciously moist with crackling to die for, and is a great alternative catering option at weddings, anniversaries, parties or corporate events.

Served with a selection of baps and an apple sauce, there is the option to add salads, vegetarian options and even select lamb, beef or poultry as an alternative meat option.

We cater for 60 upwards and with no need for any on-site kitchen facilties this is a catering option for a variety of types of venues.

Our basic menu includes a hog roast with white baps, an apple sauce accompaniment and is fully inclusive of:

The fully prepared meat option for your specified number of guests (other meats may incurr extra cost)
The supply of rolls, butter and a sauce to accompany your meat
The hire of our equipment (fully insured and tested)
The supply of gas needed to cook the meat over a 7 – 10 hour period.
The provision of a serving table and utensils
The supervision by our staff of the cooking of the meat (this takes place at our premises)
Staff to carve and serve the meal
Disposable plates and napkins (crockery and cutlery can be hired at an extra cost)
The costs of delivering, setting up and clearing away the hog roast
All meat products and associated rubbish is bagged and disposed of by a licensed contractor
